SHERATON UNIVERSAL LOS ANGELES, Los Angeles – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel offers lovely and very comfortable rooms with stunning views over North LA, providing easy access to Universal City and Studios. However, noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway can be noticeable at times. The presence of 2 double beds in the big and fancy room was a bonus, enhancing the incredible view.

My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were comfortable with an amazing view from the 19th floor, although there was a slight issue with the smell of marijuana even though it was designated as non-smoking. The customer service promised to send someone to address it, but unfortunately, no one showed up. The room was split by a charming French door.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had lovely little details like free Wi-Fi, a complimentary water bottle, and plenty of outlets near the bed for all my devices. The only downside was that there was smoking in the vicinity, but the front desk was quick to address it. The amenities provided, such as large bottles of toiletries, a big blowdryer, and even a robe and slippers, were top-notch. The recent renovations really showed in the size, cleanliness, and excellent facilities of the rooms.

The hotel is ideally situated close to Universal Studios with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a good view of the surroundings. However, the dining options could be more diverse. The convenient location and pool area are major highlights, but additional costs for certain amenities might be a drawback.

Staying on the 19th floor, I found the rooms barely had enough walking space between the bed and the wall. Unfortunately, as we were given Double Queen bed rooms, there was no room for a crib or baby items. On the bright side, the hotel's convenient location meant we were within 2 minutes of many attractions.
